All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-4 business days, along with your unique tracking code (excluding custom orders and larger furniture). Processing times may be extended during busy periods, but we will keep you informed.

General Shipping typically takes 5-12 business days, depending on your location. 

Detailed Shipping Times by Region:

  • USA & Canada: 5-11 business days
  • Europe: 5-10 business days

Furniture Collection Shipping

Please note, for our furniture collection, the total time for production and shipping can take up to 8-12 weeks. Items are custom-made upon ordering, and shipping is done via sea freight. You will receive tracking updates once your shipment reaches your local port and is handed over to your local carrier.

TRACKING

You will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package once your order has been shipped. Please note that tracking information may take 2-4 business days to appear after you've received the email (except for custom orders or larger furniture, which may take longer to update). You can track your order here.

CUSTOM FEES OR VAT

You do not need to worry about paying any customs duties or VAT fees. We have included all applicable charges in our shipping fees, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you.

SHIPPING INFORMATION AND DELIVERY ISSUES

We use the address and information you provide at checkout for shipping and cannot modify it once items are shipped. Please ensure accuracy and provide details like your phone number and email for safe delivery. Unsuccessful deliveries are the customer’s responsibility, and we can’t issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once your order has been processed, we’re unable to cancel or modify it. However, if you have any concerns, please reach out to us at support@walltify.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.
