Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our lighting products and offer a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship for the following lighting products:

• Table Lamps
• Floor Lamps
• Wall Lamps
• Ceiling Lamps

What is Covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Issues with structural components (e.g., lamp base, wiring, switches)
• Faulty craftsmanship

What is Not Covered

• Light bulbs (bulbs are excluded from this warranty and must be replaced by the user)
• Damage due to improper installation, mishandling, misuse, or modifications to the product
• Normal wear and tear or aging of materials (such as fading of finishes or color changes)

Warranty Claims

If you encounter any issues covered under this warranty, please reach out to our customer service team at support@walltify.com. Please include proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will assess your claim and, if applicable, offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

This warranty applies to products purchased directly through our store or authorized retailers and is non-transferable.

Note: This warranty does not extend to incidental or consequential damages caused by product failure.
