We are currently experiencing high order volumes, which may cause slight delays in shipping times. However, we aim to over-deliver, so here’s what you can expect:

  • Order Dispatch: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-4 business days, along with your unique tracking code (excluding custom orders and larger furniture).
  • General Shipping Time: Shipping typically takes 5-12 business days, depending on your location. We ship worldwide.

Furniture Collection Shipping

Please note, for our furniture collection, the total time for production and shipping can take up to 8-12 weeks. Items are custom-made upon ordering, and shipping is done via sea freight. You will receive tracking updates once your shipment reaches your local port and is handed over to your local carrier.

Please note that tracking information may take 2-4 business days to appear after you've received the email (except for custom orders or larger furniture, which may take longer to update).

If your order says “delivered” but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management for the package.
  2. Verify your shipping address.
  3. Wait 24-48 hours—sometimes carriers mark it delivered early.
  4. Email us at support@walltify.com if the package still doesn’t arrive, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Good news! For a limited time, we’re offering free shipping on all orders, with no taxes or custom fees—no matter where you are in the world. You can shop confidently, knowing there are no hidden charges at checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@walltify.com within 24-48 hours of placing your order. We can update your shipping details if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once your order is shipped, we’re unable to make changes, but we’ll do our best to assist you.

Once your order has been processed, we’re unable to cancel or modify it. However, if you have any concerns, please reach out to us at support@walltify.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Good news! You won’t be charged any customs or import duties on your order. We take care of all the fees, so you can shop confidently without worrying about extra costs at delivery.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

We offer a 45-day return policy for products that don’t meet our quality standards or arrive damaged. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.

Please note:

  • Custom-made items and larger furniture are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Do not send the item back before receiving our approval and return instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
  • Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Custom-made items and large furniture are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Due to their personalized nature and shipping complexities, we are unable to accept returns for these products in any other circumstances.

Contact our customer service team at support@walltify.com within 48 hours of receiving your product.

Provide the following:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • The shipping label, original packaging, and relevant photos/video showing the defect or damage.

Do not return the item before receiving our approval and return instructions, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
