RETURNS

We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If your purchase does not meet our quality standards, you may request a return within 45 days for an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return:
  • Products that do not meet our quality standards or arrive damaged.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
Non-Refundable Items:
  • Large furniture: Due to the size and shipping complexities, large furniture items are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Custom products: Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

Please note: Variations in size, finish, color, texture, and markings are natural due to the handmade process and materials like ceramics, glass, or linen. These are not defects but unique characteristics of each piece. Minor production variations are also not considered as defects.

HOW TO INITIATE THE RETURN

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@walltify.com within 45 days of receiving your product.
  2. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, the shipping label, original packaging, and relevant photos showing the defect or damage.
  3. Do not send the item back before receiving our approval and return instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item following approval, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or damage.

    IMPORTANT NOTES

    • Returns for reasons other than product quality (e.g., change of mind, wrong size or style preference, shipping delays etc.) will not be accepted.
    • Returns must be authorized in advance, and we reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our return criteria.
