Our unique made-to-order production process ensures that each product is tailored exclusively for you following your purchase. A small-scale production technique not only minimises waste but also reduces our carbon footprint by eliminating the accumulation of extra inventory housed in warehouses. Regrettably, we must notify you that we are unable to fulfil refund or exchange requests due to our dedication to sustainable practises and made-to-order production. This policy is a crucial motivator in our ambition to contribute to a more ecologically conscious and friendly world.

FAULTY ITEM

We are committed to guaranteeing the pristine condition of your order. In the unlikely circumstance that your item sustains damage during shipping or exhibits a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us within 72 hours of receiving your order at . Upon receiving clear photographic or video evidence of the faulty items, along with images of the packaging box and the delivery label as proof of purchase, we will promptly process a refund or provide a replacement. Any inquiries after this timeframe can no longer be claimed under damages.

Please be aware that the finish, color, marks, texture, specs, and ceramic lines may vary because of the nature of hand-made production and/or material, such as ceramics, glass, and natural linen. This is not a flaw and is a result of the natural firing, glazing process, or the weaving of linen. This only displays the uniqueness of each item and some things may be deliberate. Other products with minor production variations are not regarded as defective.

    REFUNDS

    For damaged items or manufacturing defects, we’ll refund using your original payment method. Allow up to 10 days for the refund. Contact us if any questions remain.

    SHIPPING INFORMATION AND DELIVERY ISSUES

    We use the address and information you provide at checkout for shipping and cannot modify it once items are shipped. Please ensure accuracy and provide details like your phone number and email for safe delivery. Unsuccessful deliveries are the customer’s responsibility, and we can’t issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
