We stand behind the quality of our products and apply clear, product-appropriate coverage based on category and use.

Lighting Warranty

Walltify lighting products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship for the following products:

  • Table lamps
  • Floor lamps
  • Wall lamps
  • Ceiling lamps

What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electrical or structural component issues (wiring, switches, lamp base)
  • Faulty craftsmanship affecting normal use

What is Not Covered

  • Light bulbs (replaceable components)
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modifications
  • Normal wear, aging, or finish changes over time

Hardware Coverage

Walltify hardware products, including cabinet knobs, handles, hooks, and fittings, are inspected before dispatch and covered against manufacturing defects present at delivery.

Covered

  • Visible manufacturing defects
  • Structural faults affecting installation or use
  • Incorrect or damaged items received

Not Covered

  • Normal wear, patina development, or surface aging
  • Damage caused by installation errors or unsuitable surfaces
  • Minor natural variations in stone, metal, or finish

Warranty & Quality Claims

To initiate a warranty or quality claim, please contact support@walltify.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Supporting photos and video showing the defect or damage are required.

Approved claims may result in a repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion and depending on product availability.

Coverage applies only to products purchased directly from Walltify or authorised retailers and is non-transferable.

Note: This coverage does not extend to incidental or consequential damages resulting from product use or failure.
