PROCESSING

We aim to process your orders promptly. NOTE: processing timeframes may vary depending on the product, and you can find the precise processing time indicated on the relevant product page. If you order multiple things, they will be dispatched once the item with the longest processing time is prepared. 

Processing times may be extended during busy periods, but we will keep you informed. We genuinely appreciate your patience as we meticulously create each artwork, celebrating the distinctive charm of small-scale production.

SHIPPING

Countries we ship to: US, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Poland, South Africa, Cyprus, Australia, Canada, Ireland, Greece, Bulgaria, Portugal, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Mexico, Israel, Brazil, Japan.

You may choose between two shipping options:

  • Priority International: 7-15 business days after shipping (+proccesing time depends on each product)
  • First Class International:  7-12 business days after shipping (+proccesing time depends on each product)

We offer free Priority International shipping (no duties or customs fees) on all our products, except for bulky items such as standalone lamps, tables etc. that exceed certain measurements. Shipping rates for bulky items will be calculated during checkout. Your order will be delivered to you using your local postal service or an alternative shipping method.

Please note: estimated shipping time frames apply to regular (non-pandemic) circumstances. Due to pandemic, depending on your location regulations, there might be slight delays on top of standard delivery times. We ask you to give up to 10 days on top of regular delivery time before getting in touch with our customer service team.

TRACKING

You will get an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package once your order has been shipped out. Please be aware that information from tracking may not appear for up to 3 business days after receiving it. You can track your order here.

CUSTOM FEES OR VAT

You do not need to worry about paying any customs duties or VAT fees. We have included all applicable charges in our shipping fees, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you.

SHIPPING INFORMATION AND DELIVERY ISSUES

We use the address and information you provide at checkout for shipping and cannot modify it once items are shipped. Please ensure accuracy and provide details like your phone number and email for safe delivery. Unsuccessful deliveries are the customer’s responsibility, and we can’t issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Because our products are manufactured to order, production begins shortly after your order is placed. This may limit the possibility of changing or canceling orders. However, if you have queries in this regard, please reach out to us with your full name and order number at support@walltify.com.
