Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Processing times may be slightly extended during peak periods. If this occurs, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Destinations
Walltify ships internationally to a wide range of destinations, including Europe, the United Kingdom, North America, Australia, Asia, and selected regions worldwide.

Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination. Estimated shipping times after dispatch are:
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–11 business days
- Asia: 4–9 business days
- Africa: 6–12 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local carrier conditions.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking updates to become visible after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & VAT
All applicable customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are included in your order total. You will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.
Shipping Delays
While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.
While delivery timelines depend on third-party carriers, we remain available to assist and provide updates where possible.
Delivery Information
Orders are shipped using the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate, including your email address and phone number.
Once an order has shipped, delivery details cannot be modified. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the provided address are considered fulfilled. While we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for confirmed deliveries, our team will gladly assist with carrier investigations where possible.
Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you have concerns, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
