You may choose between two shipping options:
- Priority International: 7-15 business days after shipping (+proccesing time depends on each product)
- First Class International: 7-12 business days after shipping (+proccesing time depends on each product)
We offer free Priority International shipping option on orders over $100 (no duties or customs fees) on all our products, except for bulky items such as standalone lamps, tables etc. that exceed certain measurements. Shipping rates for bulky items will be calculated during checkout. Your order will be delivered to you using your local postal service or an alternative shipping method.
Great news! For international orders to the following countries you will not be required to pay any customs duties. We have already confirmed this for you, so you can shop with confidence knowing that there are no hidden costs.
We aim to process your orders promptly. NOTE: processing timeframes may vary depending on the product, and you can find the precise processing time indicated on the relevant product page. If you order multiple things, they will be dispatched once the item with the longest processing time is prepared.
Processing times may be extended during busy periods, but we will keep you informed. We genuinely appreciate your patience as we meticulously create each artwork, celebrating the distinctive charm of small-scale production.
As an environmentally conscious company, we produce our products only after an order is placed as it helps us to reduce waste and its negative effects on the environment, so please take into consideration each product's processing time.
Most orders arrive between 7-15 days after shipping, excluding individual processing time for each product.
With Covid-19 safety restrictions and heavy order volume (especially during peak Holiday season), please expect longer than normal lead times for orders.
You will get an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package once your order has been shipped out. Please be aware that information from tracking may not appear for up to 3 business days after receiving it.

In the mean time:
- Double-check your shipping address. Ensure that the delivery address provided during the order was accurate. Sometimes, small errors in the address can lead to misdeliveries.
- Check with neighbors or household members. Ask your neighbors or anyone else who might have accepted the package on your behalf.
- Look for a delivery notice. If the package couldn't be delivered to your doorstep, the carrier may have left a delivery notice or slip in your mailbox. This notice will typically provide instructions on where and how to retrieve your package.
Unsuccessful deliveries are the customer’s responsibility, and we can’t issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Because our products are manufactured to order, production begins shortly after your order is placed. This may limit the possibility of changing orders. However, if you have queries in this regard, please reach out to us with your full name and order number at support@walltify.com.
Neither shipping nor billing address linked to your order cannot be changed. If you received an order confirmation it's very likely that your order has already been processed in our system and is awaiting fulfilment. However, try to reach out to us immediately at support@walltify.com and we will try to do the best that we can to solve this problem.
If the item is already shipped, we cannot change delivery address. Unsuccessful deliveries due to wrong address are the customer’s responsibility, and we can’t issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds
Our unique made-to-order production process ensures that each product is tailored exclusively for you following your purchase. Regrettably, we must notify you that we are unable to fulfil refund or exchange requests due to our dedication to sustainable practises and made-to-order production.
A small-scale production technique not only minimises waste but also reduces our carbon footprint by eliminating the accumulation of extra inventory housed in warehouses. This policy is a crucial motivator in our ambition to contribute to a more ecologically conscious and friendly world.
We deeply regret the inconvenience that delays may cause you and hope you will understand that as a small family-owned business, we are unable to guarantee no delivery delays. As we try to minimize our carbon footprint and reduce waste, we have no inventory and all of our products are produced to order. Regrettably, we are unable to fulfil refund due to our dedication to sustainable practises and made-to-order production.
Please notify us within 72 hours at support@walltify.com of receiving a broken or damaged item together with clear photos of the faulty item, the packaging box, and the delivery label as evidence of purchase and we will promptly process a refund or provide a replacement. Any inquiries after this timeframe can no longer be claimed under damages.
We’ll refund you using your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to reach your account.
Please be aware that the finish, color, marks, texture, specs, and ceramic lines may vary because of the nature of hand-made production and/or material, such as ceramics, glass, and natural linen. This is not a flaw and is a result of the natural firing, glazing process, or the weaving of linen. This only displays the uniqueness of each item and some things may be deliberate. Other products with minor production variations are not regarded as defective.

We accept major credit/debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also support payments through digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay. At checkout, you can select your preferred payment method.
If your discount code isn't working, please ensure that you have entered it correctly, including any uppercase or lowercase letters. Additionally, check if the discount code has expired or if it is applicable to the items in your cart. If you're still experiencing issues, please contact our customer support for assistance.

Product prices include tax, and shipping rates already include applicable taxes. We do not impose extra fees for standard payment methods. Please note that your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or currency conversion charges, which we do not control.
