How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to over 60 countries worldwide across Europe, North America, Asia, Oceania, and selected regions globally.

All orders include free shipping with no customs or import duties.

Where can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take 2–4 business days to appear.

My order says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

  3. Allow 24–48 hours, as carriers may mark delivery early.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 45-day return window for items that arrive damaged or do not meet our quality standards.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and approved before return.

Will I need to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or damage.

What does your warranty cover?

Our 2-year warranty applies to lighting products, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Hardware items such as knobs and handles are covered against manufacturing defects upon delivery.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and issued to the original payment method.
