Returns
We take great care in selecting and packaging every Walltify piece. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, you may request a return within 45 days of delivery.
Eligible returns are reviewed individually and may result in a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Eligible for Return
- Items that arrive damaged during transit
- Items with verified manufacturing or material defects
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and sent back in their original packaging with all included components.
Non-Returnable Situations
The following are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for return or refund:
- Natural variations in color, texture, veining, or finish
- Minor surface markings inherent to stone, metal, glass, or ceramic materials
- Differences caused by lighting, screen settings, or photography
- Change of mind, incorrect measurements, or style preference
These characteristics are part of the material integrity and individuality of each piece.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request, please contact us at support@walltify.com within 45 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos and video showing the damage or defect
- Original packaging information
Do not send items back without prior approval. Returns shipped without authorization will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to verified damage or defect.

We encourage customers to carefully review product details, dimensions, and materials before placing an order. This helps reduce unnecessary returns and supports responsible production.
