Returns & Refunds

We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If your purchase does not meet our quality standards, you may request a return within 45 days for an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return:

  • Products that do not meet quality standards or arrive damaged.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Large furniture: Due to the size and shipping complexities, large furniture items are non-refundable.
  • Custom products: Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded.

Please Note:

  • Variations in finish, color, texture, and markings are natural due to the handmade process and materials like ceramics, glass, or linen. These are not defects but unique characteristics of each piece. Minor production variations are also not considered defects.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@walltify.com within 45 days of receiving your product.
  2. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, the shipping label, original packaging, and relevant photos showing the defect or damage.
  3. Do not send the item back before receiving our approval and return instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item following approval, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or damage.

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs clearance, or carrier issues may cause delays. We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes, but we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Important Notes:

  • Returns for reasons other than product quality (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, or style preference) will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be authorized in advance, and we reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our return criteria.
